Pure Chocolate Torte
We combine both Guittard & Scharffen Berger chocolates in creating this divine flourless torte.  This cake is also offered wheat/gluten free* - be
sure and ask for it.

This is not your traditional Sacher torte - our single layer Pure Chocolate Torte is only made better when we surround it with a rich bittersweet
chocolate fudge icing.  We can write Happy Birthday! on it and it's wheat/gluten free*.    

Little Black (or Red) Dress  (Wheat/Gluten Free)*
We combine bittersweet chocolates, espresso & brandy (or Chambord, ergo the 'Red') to produce this dense, moist creation.

Rustic Lemon Torte  (Wheat/Gluten Free)*
We use the entire lemon and whole almonds for a cake that's a cross between a lemon bar and cornbread, dense, moist and chewy.


Vanilla Bean Torte (Wheat/Gluten Free)*
A light cake laced with almond meal and
highlighted with seasonal fruit.  Great
with a cup of morning tea.


Rapture Torte (Wheat/Gluten Free)*
We've taken the great texture of our Vanilla Bean Torte and combined it with our Pure Chocolate Torte.  As they say - 'Hey you've gotten your
chocolate in my vanilla bean!"  You know the rest...

Lemon Coconut Torte (Wheat/Gluten Free)*
This cake combines the texture of fresh coconut along with the intense flavor of real lemon for a perfect marriage.

Chocolate Lemon Coconut Torte (Wheat/Gluten Free)*
That perfect marriage of lemon and coconut just got better - we've added a decadent Pure Chocolate Torte center to this little piece of heaven.  

Macaroon Torte (Wheat/Gluten Free & Dairy Free)*
An update to the classic macaroon cookie - only this time it's flavored with coconut milk and honey to keep the inside soft and creamy.

The Girl Scout Torte (Wheat/Gluten Free)*
We've given the Macaroon Torte a twist and added chocolate and caramel to create this dreamy version of that famous cookie - the Samoa.

Pumpkin Carrot Torte
Customers can't get enough of our version of a carrot cake.  Only we use fresh organic carrot juice and lot's of pumpkin.  Topping it off with a perfect
dollop of vanilla buttercream.

Torta de Capo
A light Italian sponge cake sits atop a dense chocolate crust studded with seasonal fruit inside.

Gingerbread Torte (Seasonal)
When it's time for the Holidays we bring back our classic old fashion gingerbread cake studded with dark molasses and butter.  Try it sometime with
our hard sauce.
